Who We Are

When you submit a pilot enquiry, we collect your first name, work email, club or academy name, role, league level, primary reason for interest, and the date of submission.
How We Use It
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, qualify whether a discovery call is relevant, and manage follow-up about the KineLayer pilot programme.
Legal Basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of consent and legitimate interest in responding to professional B2B enquiries.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may use email, hosting, analytics, or CRM tools to process enquiries. Access is limited to people working on KineLayer validation.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only while validating the project and following up with relevant prospects, unless a longer retention period is required for legal or business records.
Your Rights
You can ask for a copy, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data by emailing us. You can also withdraw consent for follow-up at any time.
Important Note For Pilots
This landing page does not collect athlete data. Any future pilot involving players, especially under-18 players, will require a separate data protection process, appropriate academy approvals, and parental consent where required.
